Ellen obtained a B.S. in Chemistry with minors in Art History and Music Performance from the University of Florida in 2025. While at UF, Ellen conducted research in the lab of Prof. Austin M. Evans, where she focused on the synthesis and optical characterization of chiral chromophores and porous polymers. She also participated in an internship at the Army Research Laboratory where she worked on developing COF films. Ellen is now pursuing a Ph.D. in Chemistry at UT Austin under the supervision of Dr. Zak Page. Outside the lab, Ellen enjoys hiking, reading, and going to art museums.
